Wieber's Approach to Nutrition
- Wieber never misses breakfast, usually starting her day with a bowl of cereal with milk.
- Since her workouts often start early in the morning, Wieber says breakfast is the most important meal of the day for her. It gives her the nutrients and energy she needs to have a successful workout every day.
- With three siblings, Wieber's family always has a pantry full of Kellogg's® products. A few of her favorites include Kellogg's® Crunchy Nut™ and Special K® cereals. She also likes to have some Cracklin' Oat Bran® cereal as a snack during the day.
Outside the Gym
- Despite her busy training and competition schedule, Wieber is very active in her community. She volunteers at a local fundraising 5K race, The Giving Tree Project at her church and St. Jude's Children’s Research Center.
